However, it is during this process of reception, listening to victims and investigations that situations of revictimization and, consequently, human rights violations can occur. Thus, this research carried out a literature review to understand the historical-social context that favors an alleged, but not effective, protection of women's rights through police activity. The research focuses on some cases analyzed in the scope of the Domestic Violence Court of the District of Santa Rita, Paraíba, understanding, from the factual study, the phenomenon of revictimization. From this, it can be inferred that the external control of police activity exercised by the Public Ministry is a way to curb possible human rights violations within the scope of pre-jurisdictional activity carried out by police authorities.

La actividad realizada por la policía en el contexto de los primeros contactos de mujeres víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar con el gobierno hasta la conclusión de la investigación policial tiene un carácter prejurisdiccional. Sin embargo, es durante este proceso de recepción, escucha de víctimas e investigaciones que pueden ocurrir situaciones de revictimización y, en consecuencia, violaciones de derechos humanos. Así, la presente investigación realizó una revisión de la literatura para comprender el contexto histórico-social que favorece una supuesta, pero no efectiva, protección de los derechos de las mujeres a través de la actividad policial. La investigación se centra en algunos casos analizados en el ámbito del Juzgado de Violencia Doméstica del Distrito de Santa Rita, Paraíba, entendiendo, a partir del estudio fáctico, el fenómeno de la revictimización. De esto se puede inferir que el control externo de la actividad policial que ejerce el Ministerio Público es una vía para frenar posibles violaciones a los derechos humanos en el ámbito de la actividad prejurisdiccional que realizan las autoridades policiales. L'activité menée par la police dans le cadre des premiers contacts des femmes victimes de violence domestique avec le gouvernement jusqu'à la conclusion de l'enquête policière a un caractère pré-juridictionnel. Cependant, c'est au cours de ce processus d'accueil, d'écoute des victimes et d'enquêtes que peuvent survenir des situations de revictimisation et, par conséquent, des violations des droits humains. Ainsi, la présente recherche a effectué une revue de la littérature pour comprendre le contexte historico-social qui favorise une protection présumée, mais non effective, des droits des femmes par le biais de l'activité policière. La recherche se concentre sur quelques cas analysés dans le cadre du Tribunal de la violence domestique du district de Santa Rita, Paraíba, comprenant, à partir de l'étude factuelle, le phénomène de revictimisation. On peut en déduire que le contrôle externe de l'activité policière exercé par le ministère public est un moyen de freiner d'éventuelles violations des droits de l'homme dans le cadre de l'activité pré-juridictionnelle exercée par les autorités policières. Contudo, é durante esse processo de acolhimento, escuta das vítimas e investigações que podem ocorrer situações de revitimização e, consequentemente, violações de direitos humanos. Assim, a presente pesquisa realizou uma revisão bibliográfica para compreender o contexto histórico-social que favorece à uma pretensa, mas não efetiva, tutela dos direitos da mulher pela atividade policial. A pesquisa debruça-se sobre alguns casos analisados   no âmbito da Vara de Violência Doméstica da Comarca de Santa Rita, na Paraíba, compreendendo a partir do estudo fático o fenômeno da revitimização. A partir disso, depreende-se que o controle externo da atividade policial exercido pelo Ministério Público é um caminho para coibir possíveis violações de direitos humanos no âmbito da atividade pré-jurisdicional exercida pelas autoridades policiais.
