The paper aims to analyze curriculum proposals from the state teaching system of the three states of the Southern Region, highlighting procedures undertaken to adjust the state curriculum proposals to the BNCC and the role adopted by the Movement for the National Common Base, as a private hegemonic apparatus, to hinder recontextualizations put forth by teaching networks. As a conclusion, challenges to educational institutions in the pursuance of a curriculum that ensures compliance with the social functions of education are highlighted. En el presente artículo se discute el concepto de Aparatos Hegemónicos Privados, con el objetivo de comprender su papel en la implementación de la Base Curricular Común Nacional (BNCC), aprobada por el Ministerio de Educación en diciembre de 2017. El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar propuestas curriculares de los sistemas estatales de enseñanza de los tres estados de la Región Sur, destacando los procedimientos emprendidos para adecuar las propuestas curriculares estatales al BNCC y el rol adoptado por el Movimiento por la Base Nacional Común, como aparato hegemónico privado, para obstaculizar las recontextualizaciones producidas por las redes de enseñanza. Como conclusión, se destacan los desafíos a las instituciones educativas en la consecución de un currículo que asegure el cumplimiento de las funciones sociales de la educación. Neste artigo, discute-se o conceito de Aparelhos Privados de Hegemonia, com o intuito de compreender a atuação deles na implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, aprovada pelo Ministério da Educação em dezembro de 2017. O texto tem por objetivo analisar propostas curriculares dos sistemas estaduais dos três estados da Região Sul, realçando procedimentos adotados para adequação das propostas curriculares estaduais à BNCC e o papel assumido pelo Movimento Pela Base Nacional Comum, enquanto um aparelho privado de hegemonia, na produção de constrangimentos às recontextualizações produzidas pelas redes de ensino. À guisa de conclusão, são realçados desafios às instituições de ensino na materialização de um currículo que garanta atendimento às funções sociais da educação.
