description Introduction: The Family Health Strategy (FHS) seeks to promote health in an integrated, accessible and equitable way within Primary Health Care. The community health agent (CHA) is an essential professional category for the execution of the FHS. For this reason, it is necessary to search for the qualification of this workforce. Objective: The objective of this work is to portray the activities developed during the Covid-19 pandemic with Community Health Agents (CHA) in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais. Methodology:This is an experience report originating from a multiprofessional training developed by the Multiprofessional Residents in Family Health (RMSF) held from April to August 2020. The workshops were presented using manual, audiovisual resources and activities that mobilize participation , stimulating the interaction of these professionals and strengthening the bond between the CHA and the family health team. Results: The activities were carried out from workshops through the discussion of topics related to the daily life experienced by the CHA in the community. After carrying out these activities, the main challenges faced by this category were noted, as well as their relationship with the family health team of the UBS. In addition, natural activity is a space for reflection on the impacts of this interaction between the team and CHA in the community. Conclusions: Therefore, it is concluded that these meetings were opportune to emphasize their role in this logic of the work process, highlighting the search for the qualification of these professionals, guaranteeing comprehensive care to users.

Introducción: La Estrategia Salud de la Familia (ESF) busca promover la salud de manera integrada, accesible y equitativa dentro de la Atención Primaria de Salud. El Agente Comunitario de Salud (CHA) es una categoría profesional esencial para la ejecución de la ESF. Por ello, es necesario buscar la cualificación de esta plantilla. Objetivo: El objetivo de este trabajo es retratar las actividades desarrolladas durante la pandemia Covid-19 con Agentes Comunitarios de Salud (CHA) en una Unidad Básica de Salud (UBS) en un municipio del estado de Minas Gerais. Metodología: Se trata de un relato de experiencia proveniente de una formación multiprofesional desarrollada por los Residentes Multiprofesionales en Salud de la Familia (RMSF) celebrado de abril a agosto de 2020. Los talleres se presentaron utilizando recursos manuales, audiovisuales y actividades que movilizan la participación, estimulando la interacción de estos. profesionales y fortaleciendo el vínculo entre la CHA y el equipo de salud de la familia. Resultados: Las actividades se realizaron a partir de talleres a través de la discusión de temas relacionados con la vida cotidiana que vive la CHA en la comunidad. Luego de la realización de estas actividades, se señalaron los principales desafíos que enfrenta esta categoría, así como su relación con el equipo de salud familiar de la UBS. Además, la actividad natural es un espacio de reflexión sobre los impactos de esta interacción entre el equipo y CHA en la comunidad.Conclusiones: Por tanto, se concluye que estos encuentros fueron oportunos para enfatizar su rol en esta lógica del proceso de trabajo, destacando la búsqueda de la calificación de estos profesionales, garantizando una atención integral a los usuarios. Introdução: A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) busca promover saúde de maneira integralizada, acessível e equânime dentro da Atenção Primária em Saúde. O agente comunitário de saúde(ACS) é uma categoria profissional essencial para a execução da ESF. Por esse motivo, é necessário a busca pela qualificação desta força de trabalho. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é retratar as atividades desenvolvidas durante a pandemia de Covid-19 com Agentes Comunitários de Saúde(ACS) em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde(UBS) em um município do estado de Minas Gerais. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência oriundo de uma capacitação multiprofissional elaborada pelos Residentes Multiprofissionais em Saúde da Família(RMSF) realizada no período de Abril a Agosto de 2020. As oficinas eram apresentadas utilizando recursos manuais, audiovisuais e atividades mobilizadoras de participação, estimulando a interação desses profissionais  e  estreitando o vínculo entre o ACS e a equipe de saúde da família Resultados: As atividades eram realizadas a partir de oficinas mediante a discussão de temas relacionados ao cotidiano vivenciado pelos ACS na comunidade. Após a realização dessas atividades, notou-se os principais desafios enfrentados por  essa categoria e sua relação com a equipe de saúde da família da UBS. Além disso, a atividade permitiu um espaço de reflexão sobre os impactos dessa interação entre equipe e ACS na comunidade. Conclusões: Portanto, conclui-se que esses encontros foram oportunos para enfatizar o seu protagonismo nessa lógica do processo de trabalho, destacando a busca pela qualificação desses profissionais, garantindo a integralidade do cuidado aos usuários.
