The present study aims to: perform quality control of soy milk for the consumption of infants up to one year of age; to verify the physical-chemical stability of infant formulas derived from soy milk; analyze if the type of water that was used can influence the preparation of infant formula based on soy; verify for how long after the preparation of infant formulas the color variation may occur; evaluate if there is a variation of pH according to the time after the preparation of infant formula of soy milk; check if the viscosity has an influence after the preparation of infant formulas based on soy. This is a cross-sectional study of an explanatory type, with an experimental method and a quantitative approach, carried out at the Multidisciplinary Laboratory of the Centro Universitário Unifacid Wyden through the analysis of two brands of soy milk purchased at a reference pharmacy in Teresina PI, with samples according to the labeling of each product which were subjected to color analysis, PH and proof of reconstitution and / or stability. Soy-based infant formulas are an alternative for infants who are allergic to cow's milk protein. The study with the preparation with filtered and boiled water and mineral water revealed that the changes are minimal and that the preparation. This study is representative for the pharmaceutical area because many parents seek the pharmaceutical professional about the best brand, the best acceptability, few adverse effects.

Actualmente, las fórmulas de soja están indicadas para el tratamiento de bebés en la segunda mitad de la vida con sospecha de alergia a la leche de vaca mediada por IgE. Sin embargo, algunos estudios de farmacoeconomía han demostrado que las fórmulas de soja se utilizan, en la práctica, también en pacientes con alergia a la leche de vaca no mediada por IgE. El presente estudio tiene como objetivos: realizar el control de calidad de la leche de soja para el consumo de lactantes hasta un año de edad; conocer la estabilidad físico-química de las fórmulas infantiles derivadas de la leche de soja; analizar si el tipo de agua que se utilizó puede influir en la preparación de fórmulas infantiles a base de soja; verificar cuánto tiempo después de la preparación de las fórmulas para lactantes puede ocurrir la variación de color; evaluar si existe una variación de pH según el tiempo posterior a la preparación de la fórmula infantil de leche de soja; comprobar si la viscosidad influye tras la preparación de fórmulas infantiles a base de soja. Se trata de un estudio transversal de tipo explicativo, de método experimental y de carácter cuantitativo, realizado en el Laboratorio Multidisciplinario del Centro Universitário Unifacid Wyden mediante el análisis de dos marcas de leche de soja adquiridas en una farmacia de referencia en Teresina PI , con muestras preparadas a partir del etiquetado de cada producto que fueron sometidas a análisis de color, PH y prueba de reconstitución y / o estabilidad. Las fórmulas infantiles a base de soja son una alternativa para los bebés alérgicos a la proteína de la leche de vaca. El estudio con la preparación con agua filtrada y hervida y agua mineral reveló que los cambios son mínimos y que la preparación. Este estudio es representativo para el área farmacéutica porque muchos padres buscan al profesional farmacéutico sobre la mejor marca, la mejor aceptabilidad, pocos efectos adversos. As fórmulas de soja, atualmente, são indicadas para o tratamento de lactentes no segundo semestre de vida com suspeita de alergia ao leite de vaca do tipo IgE- mediada. No entanto, alguns estudos sobre farmacoeconomia mostraram que as fórmulas de soja são utilizadas, na prática, também em pacientes com alergia ao leite de vaca não mediada pela IgE. O presente estudo tem como objetivos: realizar o controle de qualidade do leite de soja para o consumo de lactentes com até um ano de idade; averiguar a estabilidade físico-química de fórmulas infantis derivadas do leite de soja; analisar se o tipo de água que foi utilizada pode ter influência no preparo de fórmulas infantis a base de soja; constatar por quanto tempo após o preparo das fórmulas infantis pode ocorrer a variação de cor; avaliar se existe variação de pH de acordo com o tempo após o preparo de fórmulas infantis do leite de soja; verificar se a viscosidade tem influência após o preparo de fórmulas infantis a base de soja. Trata- se de um estudo transversal do tipo explicativa, de método experimental e caráter quantitativo realizado no Laboratório Multidisciplinar do Centro Universitário Unifacid Wyden através da análise de duas marcas de leite de soja adquiridas em farmácia de referência em Teresina PI, sendo as amostras preparadas de acordo com a rotulagem de cada produto as quais foram submetidas a análise de cor, PH e prova de reconstituição e/ou estabilidade. As fórmulas infantis à base de soja são uma alternativa para os lactentes que apresentam alergia à proteína do leite de vaca. O estudo com o preparo com água filtrada e fervida e com água mineral revelou que as alterações são mínimas e que o preparo. Esse estudo é representativo para a área farmacêutica porque muitos pais buscam o profissional farmacêutico sobre a melhor marca, a melhor aceitabilidade, poucos efeitos adversos.
