El trabajo analizado, con el título “Fundamentos éticos de la tributación: en busca de una teoría de la justicia en Kant”, es el resultado de una disertación de Raphael Silva Rodrigues desarrollada en el Programa de Maestría de la Facultad de Derecho de la UFMG. El autor ofrece importantes conocimientos a la comunidad jurídica, tanto en Derecho Tributario como en Filosofía. A obra analisada, com o título “Fundamentos éticos da tributação: em busca de uma Teoria da Justiça em Kant”, é fruto de dissertação de Raphael Silva Rodrigues desenvolvida no Programa de Mestrado da Faculdade de Direito da UFMG. O autor oferece importante conhecimento à comunidade jurídica, tanto para o Direito Tributário quanto para a Filosofia.
