People and organizations needed to adapt to a new reality, from social isolation, remote work and home office, to the use of new methodologies to communicate. In the case of universities, there was a suspension of activities and regulation of remote work, impacting teaching, research and, above all, extension. And it was in this scenario that the present work investigated the activities of the Junior Companies - UFRN's EJ'S, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020. It was observed that in this period the 30 UFRN's EJ's carried out more than 1800 projects, using several digital tools and their social networks, to act and communicate with society in general, including contributing to actions to combat COVID-19 and supporting companies in the recovery of the economy. La pandemia de COVID-19 ha afectado la vida y las relaciones económicas y sociales en todo el mundo. Las personas y organizaciones necesitaban adaptarse a una nueva realidad, desde el aislamiento social, el trabajo remoto y la oficina en casa, hasta el uso de nuevas metodologías para comunicarse. En el caso de las universidades, hubo suspensión de actividades y regulación del trabajo a distancia, impactando la docencia, la investigación y, sobre todo, la extensión. Y fue en este escenario que el presente trabajo investigó las actividades de las Empresas Júnior - EJ'S de UFRN, durante la pandemia COVID-19, en 2020. Se observó que en este período las 30 EJ's de UFRN realizaron más de 1800 proyectos, utilizando varias herramientas digitales y sus redes sociales, para actuar y comunicarse con la sociedad en general, incluyendo contribuir a acciones para combatir el COVID-19 y apoyar a las empresas en la recuperación de la economía. A pandemia da COVID-19 impactou a vida e as relações econômicas e sociais no mundo inteiro. Pessoas e organizações precisaram se adaptar a uma nova realidade, desde o isolamento social, o trabalho remoto e home office, até o uso de novas metodologias para se comunicar. No caso das universidades, houve a suspensão das atividades e a regulamentação do trabalho remoto, impactando o ensino, a pesquisa e sobretudo a extensão. E foi neste cenário que o presente trabalho investigou as atividades das Empresas Juniores – EJ’S da UFRN, durante a pandemia de COVID-19, em 2020. Observou-se que nesse período as 30 EJ’s da UFRN realizaram mais de 1800 projetos, se utilizando de várias ferramentas digitais e das suas redes sociais, para atuar e se comunicar com a sociedade em geral, inclusive contribuindo nas ações de combate ao COVID-19 e no apoio as empresas na retomada da economia.
