Resumo:This work aims to observe the relationship between the use of electronic tools and learning in the EaD model, analyzing influences and advantages of using electronic tools in the development of distance learning courses, as a communication and contact resource between teaching and learning institutions. their students, teachers and their students. With this focus, the bibliographic research was developed, based on authors who demonstrate experiences and visions that express the advantages with the use of these tools, in addition to demonstrating some types of media used for this purpose, in addition, if analyzed academic research and organizations that demonstrate the history of the use of these tools as an aid in distance learning and its evolution. Finally, it was observed that some of the barriers still found as obstacles for the student to choose the EaD are being minimized with the use of these tools, which presents an approximation between the students and the disciplinary contents offered by the institutions and also demonstrate a vision of greater ease of understanding and absorption of content. Finally, it is observed that these tools have been evolving along with technological advances and should further expand these benefits of interactivity among students X teachers X institutions in Brazil.
