ABSTRACT In Brazil distance education Blended learning mode is in evolution is in the upper courses and many face-to-face courses already begin to work with up to 40% of distance subjects. There are students who do not adapt to distance mode. Objective of this article is to present a study in which students from distance disciplines complained about how the distance subjects were taught in there was a reversal of this fact during the first half of 2019. An action research is conducted a course Bachelor of Information Systems, who started to work with 40% of the distance however, there were complaints from students regarding distance disciplines. Through the work with good practices in ODL it was possible to improve students' satisfaction with ODL. En Brasil la Educación a Distancia modalidad blended learning está en evolución es en los cursos superiores y muchos cursos presenciales ya empiezan a trabajar con hasta un 40% de disciplinas a distancia. Hay estudiantes que no se adaptan a la modalidad a distancia. Objetivo del presente artículo es presentar un estudio en el cual los alumnos de disciplinas a distancia reclamaban de la forma en que las disciplinas a distancia eran ministradas en hubo una reversión de este hecho a lo largo del primer semestre de 2019. Se realiza una investigación-acción un curso de curso Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información que, pasó a trabajar con 40% a distancia sin embargo, había quejas de alumnos en relación a las disciplinas a distancia. Por medio del trabajo con buenas prácticas en la EAD fue posible mejorar la satisfacción de los alumnos en relación a la EAD. No Brasil a Educação a Distância modalidade blended learning está em evolução é nos cursos superiores e muitos cursos presenciais já começam a trabalhar com até 40% de disciplinas a distância. Há estudantes que não se adaptam a modalidade a distância. Objetivo do presente artigo é apresentar um estudo no qual os alunos de disciplinas a distância reclamavam da forma como as disciplinas a distância eram ministradas em houve uma reversão deste fato ao longo do primeiro semestre de 2019. Realiza-se uma pesquisa-ação um curso de Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação que, passou a trabalhar com 40% a distância no entanto, havia reclamações de alunos em relação às disciplinas a distância. Por meio do trabalho com boas práticas na EAD foi possível melhorar a satisfação dos alunos em relação à EAD.
