Resumo: | ABSTRACT
In Brazil distance education Blended learning mode is in evolution is in the upper courses and many face-to-face courses already begin to work with up to 40% of distance subjects. There are students who do not adapt to distance mode. Objective of this article is to present a study in which students from distance disciplines complained about how the distance subjects were taught in there was a reversal of this fact during the first half of 2019. An action research is conducted a course Bachelor of Information Systems, who started to work with 40% of the distance however, there were complaints from students regarding distance disciplines. Through the work with good practices in ODL it was possible to improve students' satisfaction with ODL. |
