The services provided by the MCV & A company are recognized by external clients who comply with the agreements signed with the office and, therefore, there is customer loyalty, meeting expectations and launching proposals for resolution of cases. With regard to the internally developed work of the young collaborator, Maria perceives the strong and entrenched culture where the hierarchy prevails, making communication difficult and creating cultural barriers that compromise the development of improvements in the organizational climate. For the construction of the case, a research was carried out, using observations and interviews with the collaborators. The board allowed the publication of the case, although it did not accept the use of the real names of the protagonists, characters and the institution. O caso aponta o retrato de uma microempresa no ramo de Escritório de Advocacia no estado do RN. Sugere-se sua aplicação em cursos de graduação e/ou especialização em administração em gestão de pessoas. Os serviços que são prestados pela empresa MCV&A são reconhecidos pelos clientes externos que cumprem com os contratos firmados se comprometendo com o escritório, sendo assim, existe a fidelização do cliente atendendo as expectativas e lançando propostas para resolução dos casos. No que diz respeito ao trabalho desenvolvido internamente a jovem colaboradora, Maria, percebe a cultura forte e arraigada onde predomina a hierarquia, dificultando a comunicação e criando barreiras culturais que comprometem o desenvolvimento de melhorias no clima organizacional. Para a construção do caso foi realizado uma pesquisa, utilizando-se de observações e entrevistas realizadas com os colaboradores. A diretoria permitiu a publicação do caso, embora não tenha aceitado a utilização dos nomes reais dos protagonistas, personagens e da instituição.
