The aim is to better understand the actions planned in various levels of applicability, so that their operation is imperatively evaluated with a view to final energy use, starting from specific actions on communication, awareness and analysis of sectorial needs.The relevance of the topic in question takes place in interdisciplinary existing in the area of energy, where assumptions social, economic, environmental and technological influences the relations arising from the sustainability and emerging concepts for our energy. Este trabalho discorre a respeito das políticas públicas inseridas no setor energético no que tange a aspectos, abordagens sociais e filosóficas. Pretende-se compreender melhor as ações planejadas nos mais diversos níveis de sua aplicabilidade, de modo que seu funcionamento seja avaliado impreterivelmente com vistas ao uso final da energia, partindo de ações específicas em comunicação, conscientização e análises das necessidades setoriais. A relevância do tema em questão se dá na interdisciplinaridade existente na área da energia, onde pressupostos sociais, econômicos, ambientais e tecnológicos influenciam as relações oriundas da sustentabilidade e de conceitos emergentes para a nossa matriz energética.
