Trainings.   The aim of this work is to draught the principals itens of a good lider in relaciono of the direct influence on the productive rendiment of yours contributors. A good lider or a coaching lider is one person who ever search recognize the value of every person during the process of their tasks, motivating them, for being oriented, talking and observing your contributors to give them feedbacks. Also was lay emphasis on the management models that changes significantment which was a priority before, like produce as much as possible without thinking about the employee and his conditicions at the job, today has completely changed. The figure of the employee is important, therefore is necessary the recognize of his job, the existence of a career plan, remuneration, periodics trainings. All these factors influences directly on the personal and professional growth. Este trabalho tem por objetivo destacar os principais fatores de um bom líder em relação a influência direta no rendimento produtivo de seus colaboradores. Um bom líder ou um líder coaching é aquele que busca sempre reconhecer a importância de todos durante o processamento de suas tarefas, deixando sempre motivados, por estarem orientando, dialogando e observando os seus colaboradores, para assim dar feedbacks. Também foi salientado os modelos de gestão no qual mudaram significativamente, o que antes era prioridade, como produzir o máximo possível sem pensar no funcionário e em suas condições de trabalho, hoje já mudou completamente. A figura do funcionário é importante, portanto é necessário que reconheça o seu trabalho, que exista plano de carreira, remuneração, treinamentos periódicos. Todos esses fatores influenciam diretamente no crescimento pessoal e profissional.
