Resumo:The object of this research was given one of a company of Directors of mixed economy that works with paulista urban mobility and has present in some situations, noises in interpersonal communication. This article sought to address the importance of internal organizational communication in personal relationships and corporate performance, trying to give visibility to how this has been handled, what its effects and consequences on the organizational level. In addition to the literature, which brought to light the importance of the issue, with some concepts and ideas of several authors, it was also carried out a qualitative research with questionnaire. Research has shown that the sector faces interpersonal conflicts triggered by poor internal communication, coming at first to discourage some employees who have the possibility to change industry or job. However, in also it shows that it is a cohesive team that can overcome adversity, which is aligned with the mission, vision of Company.
