Resumo:Defining what is quality education, even though specifically for the field of S & T (Science and Technology), is not a task that can be easily accomplished. After all, it is a topic that, given its specificity, is complex and diffuse in nature, and therefore, many researches have been carried out over the years, without presenting a model, or even a path that can be considered unique or universal. Thus, what implications do these new perspectives of the teaching-learning process have for investments in human resources training in Science & Technology?
