In order to verify these contributions, an evaluation of the relevance of the topic was carried out, literature review with descriptive-exploratory research of a qualitative nature by means of the case study method with structured interview. It was observed that due to the constant changes, the companies try to simplify the processes seeking activities, eliminating processes that hinder the production. This work presents the following operational improvement tools: Competence Management system; Investment in training and awareness raising; Aims appropriate to your business and alignment of your quality policy; TPM methodology and development of security policies; Lean system; 6 Sigma methodology; Quality mindset; systematic BIC-Q (Best In Class), etc. A proposta deste trabalho é uma contribuição pertinente a respeito do reconhecimento de alguns tipos de práticas de gestão em uma multinacional com 291 fábricas instaladas em 37 países, sendo 10 unidades no Brasil, que servirá de base ou alavanca para iniciar a estruturação de uma sistemática de melhoria contínua. Para constatar essas contribuições foi realizada uma avaliação da relevância do tema, revisão da literatura com pesquisa descritiva-exploratória de natureza qualitativa por meio do método de estudo caso com entrevista estruturada. Observou-se que devido às constantes mudanças, as empresas procuram simplificar os processos buscando atividades, eliminando processos que dificultam a produção.
