Resumo:The proposal of this work is a relevant contribution regarding the recognition of some types of management practices in a multinational with 291 factories installed in 37 countries, being 10 units in Brazil, which will serve as a base or leverage to begin structuring a system of continuous improvement. In order to verify these contributions, an evaluation of the relevance of the topic was carried out, literature review with descriptive-exploratory research of a qualitative nature by means of the case study method with structured interview. It was observed that due to the constant changes, the companies try to simplify the processes seeking activities, eliminating processes that hinder the production. This work presents the following operational improvement tools: Competence Management system; Investment in training and awareness raising; Aims appropriate to your business and alignment of your quality policy; TPM methodology and development of security policies; Lean system; 6 Sigma methodology; Quality mindset; systematic BIC-Q (Best In Class), etc.
