The main considerations are that the case brings decisions on loans, division of labor, hiring of labor, acquisition of funds, among others. O presente trabalho consiste em um caso, a ser utilizado em sala de aula, que tem por objetivo levar o aluno a refletir sobre o processo de gerenciamento de uma organização rural bem como decisões sobre riscos envolvidos e retornos esperados nas decisões. O protagonista do caso é seu Luiz Vieira, que acaba de receber por herança a fazenda Bela Vista. Dentre as principais reflexões que o caso traz estão decisões sobre empréstimos, divisão de trabalho, contratação de mão de obra, aquisição de recursos financeiros, dentre outras.
