The incubator aims to increase the likelihood of success of a good idea, through technical assistance becoming business accelerators. Through an exploratory research, with intensive direct observation (unsystematic - with unstructured interviews), a qualitative approach with documental research of secondary sources constructed a case study (exploratory and descriptive research), describing the complexity to enter an incubator not only to guide the startups in the most diverse subjects, but on their way to success and potentially win the investor, this way the requirements are many, through the tools of project management made possible a greater visualization of its scope, sponsor roles, project description, objectives, justifications, constraints and assumptions, specifying the main deliverables and application of the Business Canvas model. It was noticed that the systematics applied in the university helped, and much the development of the idea to be presented to the incubator, where it facilitated its organization and entrance in INCAMP (Incubadora UNICAMP), currently the companies are looking for sponsors for their idea. O Objetivo do artigo é apresentar uma empresa que utilizou alguns requisitos do gerenciamento de projetos para entrar em uma incubadora universitária. A incubadora tem o objetivo de aumentar a probabilidade de sucesso de uma boa ideia, através de auxílio técnico tornando-se aceleradores empresariais. Através de uma pesquisa exploratória, com observação direta intensiva (assistemática - com entrevistas não estruturadas), abordagem qualitativa com pesquisa documental de fontes secundárias construiu um estudo de caso (pesquisa exploratória e descritiva), descrevendo-se a complexidade para se entrar em uma incubadora universitária, não somente para orientar os startups nos mais diversos assuntos, mas em seu caminho para o sucesso e potencialmente conquistar o investidor, desta forma os requisitos são muitos, através das ferramentas de gestão de projetos possibilitou-se uma maior visualização de seu escopo, dos papéis dos sponsors, descrição do projeto, seus objetivos, suas justificativas, restrições e premissas, especificando os principais deliverables e aplicação do modelo Business Canvas. Percebeu-se que a sistemática aplicada na universidade auxiliou, e muito o desenvolvimento da ideia para ser apresentada a incubadora, onde facilitou sua organização e entrada na INCAMP (Incubadora UNICAMP), atualmente as empresárias estão em busca de patrocinadores para sua ideia.
