To carry out this case study, has the following characteristics: exploratory, qualitative and descriptive study, we also used some quality tools that allowed us to record and analyze the data searched, among them are: a check sheet for point and the stratification of the collected deviations, Ishikawa diagram (cause and effect) in order to arrive at a cause and effect of the problems outlined in the company's production line, and finally used to 5W2H tool to define an action plan for dealings of causing greater impact problem in the production process, data were collected in loco in 2014 until November 2015, from then on was started the case study in order to identify, register and treat these deviations, this study found the end in which the deviations found were: printing, thick, blocking and welding, but was printing with 67% more impact on the company's production line, thus bringing serious financial problems for it, in this scenario the company decided to react and take the necessary steps to remedy these problems and developing an action plan, promoting lectures and training for all employees involved in the beautiful production that showed the deviation, done that, the organization spent monitor quality indicators, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the action plan and the elimination of the higher frequency deviation. Para a realização desse estudo de caso, tem a seguinte característica: pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa e descritiva, também foram usadas algumas ferramentas da qualidade que nos permitiu registrar e analisar os dados pesquisados, dentre elas estão: a folha de verificação para apontar e fazer a estratificação dos desvios coletados, diagrama de Ishikawa( causa- efeito) com o intuito de se chegar a uma causa- efeito dos problemas apontados na linha de produção da empresa, e por fim, usou-se a ferramenta 5W2H para definir um plano de ação para tratativa do problema causador de maior impacto no processo produtivo, os dados foram coletados em loco no ano de 2014 até novembro de 2015, a partir daí deu-se início ao estudo de caso com o objetivo de identificar, registrar e tratar esses desvios em uma empresa de embalagens plásticas, esse estudo nos revelou ao final, que os desvios encontrados foram: o de impressão, espessura, blocagem e solda, porém foi o de impressão com 67% que mais impactou na linha de produção da empresa, trazendo assim sérios problemas financeiros para a mesma, diante desse cenário a empresa resolveu reagir e tomar as providencias necessárias para sanar esses problemas, elaborando assim um plano de ação, promovendo palestras e treinamentos para todos os colaboradores envolvidos na linda de produção que mais apresentou o desvio, feito isso, a organização passou a monitorar os indicadores de qualidade, evidenciando assim a eficácia do plano de ação e a eliminação do desvio de maior frequência.
