Culture, Behavior and Organizational Leadership. This study aimed to analyze the real estate companies in Alagoas in the strand of organizational behavior. The methodology used in this research is to Rensis Likert. The methodological procedures were searching, mapping, preparing the stage of study and take a reading of the authors and critics of behaviorism. We conclude by stating that organizational behavior is not functional and is given by the transfer of communications needs, incorporating responsibility and authority to consultants and administrative support as motivational, so the leader should focus more attention to the work done by their teams positioning the difference between leader and manager. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as empresas imobiliárias em Alagoas na vertente do comportamento organizacional. A metodologia utilizada nesta pesquisa é a de Rensis Likert. Os procedimentos metodológicos foram: pesquisar, mapear, elaborar o cenário de estudo e fazer uma leitura dos autores e críticos do Behaviorismo. Conclui-se, afirmando que, o comportamento organizacional não é funcional e se dá pelas necessidades  no repasse de comunicações, incorporando responsabilidade e autoridade a consultores e administrativos como suporte motivacional, assim, o líder deverá focar mais atenção aos trabalhos realizados por suas equipes posicionando a diferença entre líder e gerente.
