Resumo:This consists of a qualitative research study, exploratory and descriptive, which aims to highlight what general ethical governing doctors at Hospital Napoleon Laureano, noticiarem to the diagnosis of cancer to patients. Data were collected from a sample of seven (7) oncology physicians representing 10% of the group studied. We made ??five (5) questions about the issues at stake, in which even exposed their responses in ways that testimonies were collected and later transcribed. We conclude that the physician-patient relationship, to diagnose the disease, occurs in a way that doctors most often, put yourself in a fair position, having to have a specific position in that their working relationships as takes into account not only the principles of medical ethics, but also respect and common sense to the patient.
