Considering the reflection that involves social, ethical and legal implications, the discussion, which makes use of the collectively constructed photographic archive during the activities of the Northeastern Self-Portrait project, involves questions that are present in the network of relationship between author, character-interlocutor, mediator-researcher and publics, which is configured throughout productions and shares of social and scientific works that make use of methods and concepts of Shared Visual Anthropology. O artigo faz uma abordagem sobre algumas dimensões possíveis na discussão do pertencimento da imagem. Diante da reflexão que envolve implicações sociais, éticas e jurídicas, o debate, que faz uso do arquivo fotográfico construído de forma coletiva durante as atividades do projeto Autorretrato Nordeste, percorre questionamentos que estão presentes na rede de relação entre autor, personagem-interlocutor, mediador-pesquisador e público, que é configurada ao longo de produções e compartilhamentos de trabalhos sociais e científicos que fazem uso de métodos e conceitos da Antropologia Visual Compartilhada.
