Resumo:Over the years clinical analysis laboratories gaining a prominent place in the market, for a laboratory to be considered reliable it is necessary that it offers safe results to its customers, thus justifying the need to maintain control of their exams, through a repetition of the results obtained at the confirmatory level, in addition to maintaining a control of these repetitions to classify their quality before the results obtained. In view of this, the referred work has as main objective, to evaluate the different results obtained in the repetition of biochemical tests and the additional expense in each test. Specifying whether the real need for such repetitions is heard by comparing the result values, as well as the number of each type of tests performed and the value generated, analyzing whether, in the face of such events, quality control is effective. In view of the results obtained, it is concluded that it is possible to evaluate the repetitions performed in a biochemical examination laboratory and thereby qualify the effectiveness of the results and the margin of damage it will cause.
