I use a theoretically engaged reflection of the terms of ignorance, gender, knowledge and Transfeminism in the sense of seeking a decoupage of ideas of neutrality, cisheteronormativity and cissexism. The analyzed empirical material has been collected through my multilocalized ethnography with collectives and Extension Programs aimed at making higher education accessible to Trans People People and combating transphobia since 2018. The results of this problematization point to an “ignorant knowledge” of cis subjects that reflects a process of political and epistemological instrumentalization that not only contributes to error but, insists on making mistakes. O presente artigo visa pensar um conceito de ignorância cisheteronormativa, de modo a compreender e enfrentar as políticas de invisibilização e apagamento das Pessoas Trans em diferentes espaços sociais. Utilizo uma reflexão teoricamente engajada dos termos de ignorância, gênero, conhecimento e Transfeminismo para buscar uma decupagem de ideias de neutralidade, cisheteronormatividade e cissexismo. O material empírico analisado vem sendo coletado através da minha etnografia multilocalizada com coletivos e Programas de Extensão voltados à acessibilização do ensino superior para Pessoas Trans e ao combate a transfobia desde 2018. Os resultados dessa problematização apontam para um “conhecimento ignorante” dos sujeitos cis que reflete um processo de instrumentalização política e epistemológica que não apenas contribui ao erro, mas, insiste em errar.
