| Resumo: | The objective of this theoretical study is to outline the state of the art on the theme "working relationship" with regard instances of the organization of the work process and human resource policies. Therefore, the text brings about a historical work and society, focusing on aspects related to the evolution of human work in society, from primitive societies to work in industrial society. Finally, we bring to the scene discussions about instances of labor relations, focusing mainly on the instance of the organization of the work process and human resource policies. The context of this work starts from the discussion of fundamental issues for understanding the conceptual framework that underpins the current research on labor relations in the business environment. |
