We are led by the following question: in what way does the discourse on the use of body and corporal practices stand out in this sporting modality? Our study is justified by contributing scientifically to the studies related to the theme and stimulating this type of intervention by promoting reflections that subvert the conventions of gender and sexualities in Sport and physical practices. We used a qualitative approach and the field experimentation method. We show that the street race, even without demarcating gender categories, reinforces heteronormative social norms, policing queer masculinities and criticizing your public performativity in the analyzed spheres. Objetivamos relatar e analisar a vivência de um corpo masculino queer durante uma edição de corrida de rua, sobre a ótica pós-estruturalista. Norteamo-nos pela seguinte questão: de que forma o discurso sobre o uso do corpo e das práticas corporais se sobressai nesta modalidade esportiva? Nosso estudo se justifica por contribuir cientificamente com os estudos referentes à temática e estimular este tipo de intervenção ao promover reflexões que subvertam as convenções de gênero e sexualidades no Esporte e práticas físicas. Utilizamos uma abordagem qualitativa e o método de experimentação de campo. Evidenciamos que a corrida de rua, mesmo não demarcando categorias de gênero, reforçam as normas sociais heteronormativas, policiando as masculinidades queer e criticando sua performatividade pública nas esferas analisadas.
