Resumo:Faced with the pandemic of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), it is important to strengthen immunity through healthy eating, which includes the daily consumption of fruits and vegetables, also avoiding waste. The present work is an experience report on the elaboration of two didactic materials, aimed at the general public, focusing on the use of ripe fruits in Covid-19 times. To expand the reach of the information, dissemination and sharing through social media such as radio, instagram and whatsapp was used in May 2020. This sharing allowed the message to reach the most diverse audiences in a short time, stimulating a reflection on the full use of food during the social distance caused by Covid-19.
