Tecnologia lítica.   ABSTRACT The author considers the nature of artifacts in technology as intermediaries between Man and his environment from the viewpoint of Anthropology and Archaeology, including the natural and social contexts. He deals with some aspects of definition, function and use or handling, as exemplified by the technology of stone instruments.
