| Resumo: | The objective of this study is to (re)read the books O Aleph (1949) and Se um viajante numa noite de inverno (1999) from the perspective of comparative literature and, moreover, to trace relations about brands biographical writers Jorge Luis Borges and Italo Calvino in their respective literatures. Therefore, these ideals as the bios will always be crossed by the look of biographical criticism in Janelas indiscretas (2011) by Eneida Maria de Souza. In view of this, we will hold also in the historical, methodological and theoretical notions of comparative literature and literary criticism of both authors. Finally, from the similarities and especially the differences, we will seek to address nuances that differentiate and complement of the Calvino's (hyper)novel and Borges' short stories. |
