Moreover, a brief outline of the academic trajectories constructed by the authors of this text is presented in terms of the choices of their respective objects and the subjective impacts experienced during and after field research. O artigo tem por objetivo analisar de que forma a pastoral do sexo se constitui, entre seus adeptos, em três denominações cristãs inclusivas, a saber, Igreja Missionária Inclusiva (IMI), situada em Maceió (Alagoas) e as congregações Igreja Apostólica Filhos da Luz (IAFL) e Cidade de Refúgio, ambas localizadas na cidade de Fortaleza (Ceará). Além do mais, apresenta-se um breve esboço das trajetórias acadêmicas construídas pelos autores desse texto no tocante as escolhas dos seus respectivos objetos e os impactos subjetivos vivenciados durante e após a pesquisa de campo.
