Resumo:The present essay aims to understand from Bauman (2001; 2007; 2008; 2010), the teaching authority in the transition from solid modernity to net modernity, that is, from a legislative education to an interpreter education. The problem that will guide this study is the following: what emerging challenges arise from net modernity to the teaching authority? We work with the hypothesis that the various challenges are in a dialectical relationship between normatization (characteristic of solid modernity) and the interpretation (characteristic of net modernity). It is a bibliographical research anchored in the analytical-hermeneutical method as a course of analysis. The results of the study indicate that the teaching authority in net modernity has its specific characteristics and challenges in a dialectic between the job of standardizing (offering basic knowledge and directing a formative process) and interpreting (understanding exchangeable relations, cultural differences, new habits).
