| Sammanfattning: | The Group of Studies on Educational Practices in Movement (GEPEM), of the Rio Grande do Norte Federal University, coordinated by the professor Marta Maria Castanho Almeida Pernambuco (1994-2018), developed formative actions for the teacher training in the Statesof Rio Grande do Norte, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The present work analyzes scholar practices as a result from the mentioned formative actions in accordance with the thought and pedagogical praxis systematized by Paulo Freire. To conclude, the study identified the principles that guide GEPEM’s training actions: the person as a historical-social being is part of a community; knowledge is built in social relations; and local reality is content-generating. Furthermore, it considers Freirianperspective of dialogicity and collective construction based on action-reflection-action and the process of awareness. |
