| Resumo: | Este trabalho é uma reflexão sobre uma instituição de internação para adolescente infratores no CEDUC/Pitimbu (Centro Educacional). Pretende discutir as dimensões normativa e interativa da instituição por meio de dois atores que estão em contato direto: os agentes sociais e os adolescentes internados, tendo como objetivo trazer o leitor para dentro da realidade institucional, indicando os conflitos existentes. A idéia é problematizar o conflito à luz de uma interação institucional entre esses atores, mostrando como essa interação se constrói, e como o ambiente institucional confere inteligibilidade às ações deles. Assim é um trabalho que busca mostrar a realidade institucional vivida por esses atores, o que nem sempre é problematizado do ponto de vista externo.#$&ABSTRACT This work is a reflection of the routine of an institution namely CEDUC (center educational). It intends to argue the normative and interactive dimensions of this institution by means of two agents in direct contact: the social workers and the interned teenagers, bringing the reader, inside the institutional reality and pointing out the existing conflicta. In the lighf of a social interaction between social workers and the interned teenagers, it concerns itself in showing how this interaction is constructed by the agents and how thes institutional environment gives meaning to the agents' actions. So, it is considered from the kind of work that looks to show the reality lived by these agents, what is not always considered from the external point of view. |
