| Resumo: | Resumo: O uso da repetição enquanto recurso textual tem sido um fenômeno muito estudado na língua falada; no entanto, pouca atenção tem se dado a ele quando se trata da língua escrita. Nesse sentido, este trabalho objetiva descrever as formas em que a repetição aparece e as funções que desempenha no texto escrito. As produções analisadas, de caráter dissertativo, tratam dos temas "A fome", "A política" e "A nova cara do Brasil e do Rio Grande do Norte" e, ao todo, somam trinta e nove textos, sendo treze para cada tema. Analisa-se, assim, cada texto, observando o número de ocorrências de RTs (Repetições do Título) no início, no meio e no final de sua estrutura organizacional, observando as suas funções e comparando as incidências das RTs de um tema com as de outro. Apresentando-se, formalmente, através das repetições literal, parcial, com variação e da repetição parcial e com variação ao mesmo tempo, em todos os três temas analisados, verificou-se uma alta incidência de RTs, distribuídas pelas partes estruturais das dissertações; verificando, outrossim, que as RTs com função introdutória atuam mais no início das produções; as RTs com as funções coesiva, temática e argumentativa, no meio; e aquelas com função resumitiva, surgem no final das produções. As Repetições do Título revelaram-se, portanto, como um recurso a mais na produção escrita, colaborando para a organização superestrutural das dissertações, além de facilitar a construção de sua coerência textual.#$&Abstract: The use of repetition as textual recourse has been a phenomenon extremely studied in spoken language. However, little attention has been given when it comes to written language. In this sense, this work aims to describe forms in which repetition appears and functions that perform in written text. Previous dissertations analyzed discuss about themes such as "famine", "politics" and "the new view of Brazil and Rio Grande do Norte", in general, thirty-nine texts were seen, thirteen on each theme. In each text analyzed, the number of title repetition occurrences were observed in the beginning , in the middle and at the end of its organizational structure, observing its functions and comparing its title repetition occurrences of a theme with the title repetition occurrences of another text. Presented formally by partial, literal, with variation, and partial with variation repetitions, in all these themes analyzed, a high title repetition occurrence was verified and distributed through the structural parts of the dissertation and verifying that the title repetitions with introductory function are more common in the beginning of the texts; title repetitions with cohesive, thematic, argumentative function in the middle, and those with summarized function appear at the and of the text. Therefore, title repetitions are revealed as an extra recourse in written production, collaborating to a superstructural organization of the dissertations, facilitating the construction of their textual coherenc. |
