Resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objeto o Museu Câmara Cascudo da Universidade Federal
do Rio Grande do Norte, na intenção de estudar a história da Instituição; suas
primeiras pesquisas; a formação do acervo; quantas e quais são as coleções que
possui e de onde são provenientes. Também procurou-se perceber como foi pensado
os espaços expositivos e de que forma, através destas salas, as pesquisas se
projetam para o exterior. Almeja identificar as relações existentes entre os discursos
elaborados por seus criadores e o atual, após 50 anos o que ainda permanece ou
perdeu o sentido nestes espaços. Pretende-se que essa pesquisa incentive a
reflexão sobre o patrimônio cultural no Rio Grande do Norte e que contribua para um
maior conhecimento sobre o acervo. Busca obter dados que estavam adormecidos
nos arquivos e que através da pesquisa, servirá para alimentar e respaldar os
estudos das coleções e da Instituição, aproximando a informação ao acervo e, por
conseguinte ao visitante. Aspira obter desta forma uma maior divulgação e
preservação do Museu.#$&The paper at hand has as its object of study the Câmara Cascudo Museum of
Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with the intention to know the history of
the institution, the early research, the formation of the collection, understanding the
dimension, the conception, indicating the amount, what they are and where they
came from. Also sought to understand how the exhibition spaces were designed and
how, through these rooms, the research projects are seen by everyone outside the
museum. This work aims to identify the relationships between the speeches prepared
by their creators and now, after 50 years, what remains or has lost its meaning in
these spaces. It is intended that this research encourages reflection on the cultural
heritage in Rio Grande do Norte and contribute to a better understanding of the
museum collection. Its seeks to obtain data that were dormant in the archives and
that through research, serve to feed and support the studies of the collections and
the Institution, bringing information to the collection and therefore the visitor. Also
aspire obtain a wider dissemination and preservation of the Museum. |
