| Resumo: | RESUMO: Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa foi formulado o seguinte objetivo central, norteador do processo de investigação: Identificar e analisar as trajetórias de professores de Educação Física quanto à formação continuada e a autoformação, focalizando o modo pelo qual a sensibilidade, na perspectiva da corporeidade, está presente nos saberes pedagógicos de professores que concluíram um curso de Especialização em Educação Física Infantil na UFRN. A partir desse objetivo central, foram definidas algumas questões de estudo que deram maior especificidade ao processo investigativo: 1. Como os professores analisavam a realidade da Educação Física Infantil no município de Natal, face às diferentes abordagens pedagógicas discutidas na época do seu ingresso no Curso de Especialização? 2. Quais as mudanças mais importantes no modo de pensar dos professores sobre a Educação Física ocorridas durante o percurso investigado? 3. De que forma a sensibilidade está presente na concepção de Educação Física dos professores participantes do estudo? 4. Como os professores apresentam a inclusão da sensibilidade na prática pedagógica? 5. Quais as perspectivas apontadas pelos professores participantes do estudo para a construção do saber docente na área de Educação Física que valorize a dimensão da sensibilidade? O presente estudo assumiu características da investigação descritivo-analítica, adotando procedimentos da abordagem qualitativa.#$&O delineamento da pesquisa foi concebido tendo como referência os estudos de desenvolvimento na modalidade longitudinal de 'jollow-up". O grupo pesquisado foi constituído por oito professores de Educação Física, concluintes do Curso de Especialização em Educação Física Infantil, realizado pelo Departamento de Educação Física da UFRN durante o período de março de 1995 a dezembro de 1996. Esses professores foram selecionados entre os treze concluintes do curso de pós-graduação, de forma intencional, considerando-se que estavam atuando na escola com Educação Física nas séries iniciais de ensino. Para a realização desta pesquisa, a entrevista semi-estruturada foi a estratégia principal para a obtenção dos dados necessários à consecução dos objetivos pretendidos. A análise dos dados obedecem as seguintes etapas: (a) transcrição das entrevistas; (b) elaboração das trajetórias individuais; (c) análise transversal das trajetórias. Após a análise das trajetórias dos professores, evidenciou-se que o papel da sensibilidade na vida pessoal e profissional é de fundamental importância, pois ser sensível faz parte da condição humana, em sua incessante busca de ser, de conhecer e de compartilhar. Assim, compreendemos que a sensibilidade representa uma dimensão humana que não pode continuar sendo desconsiderada na educação e na sociedade. Resgatá-la é tarefa de todos, e, sobretudo, da humanidade.#$&ABSTRACT: For the development of this research, the following central objective was formulated, guided by the process of investigation: Identify and analyze the paths of professors of Physical Education in regard regards to continued training and self-training, focusing on the way by which the sensibility in the perspective of corporality is present in the pedagogical knowledge of the professor that concluded an Specialization Course in Child Physical Education at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Beginning with this central objective, some questions of study were defined which gave greater details to the investigative process: 1. How the professor analyzed the reality of Child Physical Investigation in the city of Natal, in view of the different pedagogical approaches discussed at the time of their enrollment in the Specialization Course? 2. What were the most important changes in the way of thinking of the professors about Physical Education that came to mind in the Specialization Course? 3. In what form is the sensibility in the concept of Physical Education of the professors that participated in the study? 4. How do the professor present the inclusion of sensibility in the pedagogical practice? 5. What are the perspectives pointed out by the participating professors in the study for the construction of teaching knowledge in the area of Physical Education that values the dimension of sensibility? The present study assumes descriptive-analytica caracteristics of investigation, adopting quality approach procedures. The out line of the research wa conceived having as reference was conceived having as reference the studies of development of the longitudinal kind of follow up. The group resaarch was made up of eight professor of Physical Education, graduates of the Specialization Course in Child Physical Educacion, held by the Departament of Physical Education of#$&UFRN during the period of March of 1995 to December of 1996. These professors were chosen in an intentional way, among the 13 graduates of the post-graduate course, considering the fact that they were active in the school with Physical Education in the beginning series of teaching. For the fulfillment of this research, a semi-structured interview was the main strategy for the obtaining of the necessary data for the conclusion of the intended objectives. The analysis of the data obeyed the following stages: (a) transcription of interviews; (b) elaboration of the individual paths; (c) cross analysis of the paths. After the analysis of the paths of the professors, it became evident that the role of sensibility in the professional and private life is of fundamental importance, since being sensitive makes up part of the human condition, in an incessant search ofbeing, ofknowledge and of sharing. Thus, we understand that the sensibility represents a human dimension that cannot keep being disregarded in education and in society. To rescue it is the task of everyone, and, above all, ofhumanity. |
